Den Rahm hinzugeben.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Sobald er heiss ist, den geriebenen K\u00e4se dazugeben.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Bei schwacher Hitze etwa 7 Minuten unter regelm\u00e4ssigem R\u00fchren k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Sauce glatt ist.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Von der Herdplatte nehmen und das Eigelb hinzuf\u00fcgen, um die Sauce zu verdicken. Mit 2 Prisen Muskatnuss w\u00fcrzen. Zum Schluss mit Salz und der gew\u00fcnschten Menge Pfeffer abschmecken.
