Alle Teile zu Kugeln formen. Das gr\u00f6sste St\u00fcck in die Mitte eines mit Backpapier belegten Blechs platzieren, kleine Kugeln b\u00fcndig drumherum legen. Nicht vergessen, in einer der kleinen Kugeln einen K\u00f6nig zu verstecken.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Teigkugeln mit einem K\u00fcchentuch zugedeckt nochmals 30 Minuten gehen lassen.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Kugeln grossz\u00fcgig mit verquirltem Ei bestreichen, Blech in der Mitte des auf 180 \u00b0C Ober-\/Unterhitze vorgeheizten Ofens schieben.
