Butter mit den trockenen Zutaten verreiben.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Wasser nach und nach zugeben und alles nur kurz zu einem homogenen Teig verkneten.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>In Klarsichtfolie einwickeln, 10 - 15 Minuten ins Gefrierfach oder 1 Stunde in den K\u00fchlschrank legen.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<strong>F\u00fcllung<\/strong>\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li>Getrocknete Tomaten abtropfen und mithilfe von Haushaltspapier gut ausdr\u00fccken, damit m\u00f6glichst wenig \u00d6l in die Mischung kommt. Tomaten und Frischk\u00e4se mit dem Stabmixer p\u00fcrieren, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Gem\u00fcse in schmale Scheiben hobeln oder schneiden.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<strong>Finish<\/strong>\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li>Backofen auf 180 \u00b0C Ober-\/Unterhitze vorheizen.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Teig auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfl\u00e4che zu einem Kreis von ca. 35 cm auswallen und auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech transferieren.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Frischk\u00e4secreme auf dem Teig verteilen, dabei einen 3 - 4 cm breiten Rand freilassen. Gem\u00fcserondellen von aussen her f\u00e4cherf\u00f6rmig auslegen.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Rand nach innen klappen und leicht andr\u00fccken.
