Das Gem\u00fcse sollte zum Schluss noch ordentlich Biss haben.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Wasser absch\u00fctten, Blumenkohl mit kaltem Wasser abschrecken, gut abtropfen und in eine grosse Ofenfeste Form geben.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Magronen in kr\u00e4ftig gesalzenem Wasser so lange kochen, dass sie noch leicht hart sind \u2013 sie werden nachher im Ofen fertig gegart.
