Wenn die Zwiebeln langsam weich werden, Butter dazugeben, schmelzen lassen. Zucker beif\u00fcgen und weiterd\u00fcnsten, bis die Zwiebeln ganz weich sind. Abschmecken &amp; beiseitestellen.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Bratpfanne mit Haushaltspapier reinigen. Brotscheiben beidseitig mit etwas Butter bestreichen und kurz braten, bis eine Seite heiss ist. Heisse Seite nach oben drehen, Emmentaler AOP darauf verteilen.
