Emmentaler AOP fein reiben. Ricotta mit \u00bd K\u00e4se in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben. Knoblauchzehe dazu pressen. Salz, Pfeffer und Muskatnuss zuf\u00fcgen und alles gut vermengen. In eine grosse Gratinform oder in Portionenf\u00f6rmchen geben.\r\n\r\nChampignonsstiele entfernen. Brot im Cutter fein hacken. Brot, restlichen K\u00e4se, Haseln\u00fcsse, Weisswein, Salz und Pfeffer mischen. Masse in die Champignons f\u00fcllen, etwas festdr\u00fccken.
