Emmentaler AOP in ca. 7 mm dicke Scheiben schneiden. 4 Chicor\u00e9eh\u00e4lften mit K\u00e4sescheiben belegen, restliche Chicor\u00e9eh\u00e4lften darauf legen und mit Rohschinken einwickeln.\r\n\r\nKartoffeln abgiessen und durch ein Passevit treiben. Petersilie fein hacken, mit Zitronenschale und Milch zu den Kartoffeln geben und alles gut mischen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
