Gequellte Bohnen abgiessen und mit frischem Wasser aufsetzen. Natron beif\u00fcgen, weich kochen, abgiessen und zur Seite stellen.\r\n\r\nF\u00fcr feine R\u00f6staromen: Bratbutter in einem Schmortopf heiss werden lassen. Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Gew\u00fcrze beif\u00fcgen, einige Minuten unter R\u00fchren and\u00fcnsten, bis es gut riecht. Gem\u00fcse beif\u00fcgen, einige Minuten mitd\u00fcnsten. Bohnen, N\u00fcsse, Tomaten samt Saft, Wasser und Salz dazugeben. 20 Minuten zugedeckt k\u00f6cheln lassen. Aceto, Espresso und Schokolade dazugeben. 5 Minuten offen weiterk\u00f6cheln.
