Oder in einen Tiefk\u00fchlbeutel geben und \u00fcber Nacht in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.\r\n\r\nVor dem Formen Teig nochmals kurz durchkneten. In Portionen von 70\u201380 g teilen. Auf leicht bemehlter Arbeitsfl\u00e4che zu Kugeln formen. Mit etwas Abstand auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech setzen. Mit einer scharfen Klinge kreuzweise einritzen.\r\n\r\nTeiglinge mit Wasser bespr\u00fchen, mit K\u00fcrbiskernen und Emmentaler AOP dicht bestreuen. Bei Raumtemperatur 60 Minuten aufgehen lassen. Backofen auf 220 Grad vorheizen.\r\n\r\nBr\u00f6tchen in der Mitte des Ofens ca. 20 Minuten backen.
