Tomaten mit Knoblauch, Kr\u00e4utern, Kapern und Oliven\u00f6l mischen. Auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech verteilen. Blech in die Mitte des Ofens schieben, ca. 50 Minuten leicht r\u00f6sten. Herausnehmen, die H\u00e4lfte der Tomaten mit H\u00fchnerbouillon p\u00fcrieren, in einer Pfanne bei kleiner Hitze warm halten.\r\n\r\nDinkel oder Vollkornreis abgiessen, gut abtropfen lassen. Oliven\u00f6l und 1 EL Butter warm werden lassen. Zwiebel beif\u00fcgen, glasig d\u00fcnsten. Dinkel oder Reis dazustreuen, unter R\u00fchren d\u00fcnsten. Mit Wein abl\u00f6schen, einkochen lassen. Tomatenbouillon dazugeben, 50\u201360 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Restliche Butter beif\u00fcgen, zudecken, Pfanne von der Herdplatte ziehen, Risotto zugedeckt 5 Minuten ziehen lassen.
