Butter in einer Pfanne schmelzen. Pfanne vom Herd ziehen und restliche Milch dazugiessen. Mehl und Salz in einer Sch\u00fcssel mischen. Tomaten klein schneiden. Petersilie fein hacken. 2 Essl\u00f6ffel Emmentaler AOP zum Bestreuen beiseitelegen. Ei verquirlen. Die H\u00e4lfte vom Ei, K\u00e4se, Tomaten, Petersilie und die Butter-Milchmischung zum Mehl geben und alles w\u00e4hrend etwa 10 Minuten zu einem geschmeidigen Teig verkneten. Teig zugedeckt an einem warmen Ort auf das doppelte Volumen aufgehen lassen.\r\n\r\nAus einem Viertel des Teiges eine Kugel formen. Auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech legen. Aus dem restlichen Teig kleinere Kugeln formen. In eine dieser Kugeln die Mandel einarbeiten. Kugeln rings um die grosse Teigkugel anordnen. 20 Minuten gehen lassen. Teig mit restlichem Ei bestreichen, mit K\u00e4se und Sesam bestreuen.
