K\u00e4se, Eier, Eigelb und Rahm gut vermischen, mit Muskatnuss, Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Kleine Souffl\u00e9f\u00f6rmchen oder Tassen gut mit Butter ausstreichen. Masse in die F\u00f6rmchen f\u00fcllen, mit Folie verschliessen und in eine Gratinform stellen. Mit siedendem Wasser auff\u00fcllen, bis die F\u00f6rmchen zu zwei Dritteln im Wasser stehen. Im 160 Grad heissen Ofen ca. 45 Minuten garen.\r\n\r\nIn der Zwischenzeit Pilze in St\u00fccke schneiden. Schalotten und Knoblauch fein hacken. \u00d6l erhitzen, Pilze bei starker Hitze anbraten, w\u00fcrzen. Schalotten und Knoblauch kurz mitbraten, mit Madeira abl\u00f6schen. Bouillon dazugiessen, 5-10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln. Cherrytomaten halbieren zu den Pilzen geben, aufkochen und abschmecken. Schnittlauch in R\u00f6llchen schneiden, dar\u00fcberstreuen.
