Petersilie fein hacken. Mehl und Salz in einer Sch\u00fcssel mischen. \u00d6l zuf\u00fcgen. Hefe im Wasser aufl\u00f6sen, in die Sch\u00fcssel giessen und alles zu einem geschmeidigen Teig kneten.\r\n\r\nEmmentaler AOP, Tomaten und Petersilie unter den fertigen Teig kneten. Sch\u00fcssel mit einem feuchten Tuch bedecken. Teig an einem warmen Ort w\u00e4hrend ca. 1 Stunde auf das doppelte Volumen aufgehen lassen.\r\n\r\nAus dem Teig 8-10 Br\u00f6tchen formen, auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech legen, nochmals 10 Minuten gehen lassen.\r\n\r\nBr\u00f6tchen kreuzweise einschneiden, in der Mitte des 220 Grad heissen Ofens 10 Minuten backen. Hitze auf 200 Grad reduzieren und in ca. 25 Minuten fertig backen.
