In einen Spritzsack mit grosser T\u00fclle f\u00fcllen.\r\n\r\nTeige ausrollen und in je 8 Rechtecke schneiden. F\u00fcllung wurstf\u00f6rmig l\u00e4ngs auf Teigst\u00fccke spritzen. L\u00e4ngskanten mit Eiweiss bestreichen, locker zu Rollen formen, die Enden bleiben offen. Mit der Verschlussseite nach unten auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech legen, mit Eigelb bestreichen. Im 180 Grad heissen Ofen 20-25 Minuten backen.
