Bl\u00e4tterteig ausrollen, mit dem Ausstecher 12 Herzen ausstechen, auf die Backbleche verteilen. Ei mit einer Gabel gut verquirlen. Bl\u00e4tterteigherzen damit bestreichen.\r\n\r\nFleisch mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. K\u00e4semischung darauf verteilen, leicht andr\u00fccken und auf die Teigst\u00fccke legen. 20-30 Minuten k\u00fchl stellen.\r\n\r\nBackofen auf 200 Grad Umluft\/Heissluft vorheizen.
