Spargeln in 3 cm lange St\u00fccke schneiden. Kohlrabi, Kartoffeln und R\u00fcebli sch\u00e4len. Kohlrabi in St\u00e4ngeli, Kartoffeln in Scheiben und R\u00fcebli in R\u00e4dchen schneiden.\r\n\r\nMilch, Rahm, Salz und Pfeffer aufkochen. Gem\u00fcse und Kartoffeln zugeben, zugedeckt ca. 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln. Ab und zu umr\u00fchren. 100 g Emmentaler AOP unter das Gem\u00fcse mischen und in eine Gratinform geben. Im 180 Grad heissen Ofen ca. 10 Minuten backen.\r\n\r\nPetersilie fein hacken. Haseln\u00fcsse grob hacken.
