Schalotten und Kefen im Bratfett anbraten. Bouillon dazugiessen und Kefen in ein paar Minuten knackig garen. Kefen, Schalotten und etwas Fl\u00fcssigkeit mit der Sauce mischen, leicht ausk\u00fchlen lassen.\r\n\r\nEmmentaler AOP in 1 cm kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden.
