Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Kr\u00e4uter fein hacken. In heisser Butter d\u00fcnsten, in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und etwas abk\u00fchlen.\r\n\r\nEmmentaler AOP in 1 cm grosse W\u00fcrfel schneiden. K\u00e4sew\u00fcrfel, Hackfleisch, Ei, Senf, Salz und Pfeffer in die Sch\u00fcssel geben und alles gut vermischen.\r\n\r\nK\u00fcrbisdeckel wegschneiden und K\u00fcrbiskerne grossz\u00fcgig mit einem Essl\u00f6ffel aus dem K\u00fcrbis kratzen. K\u00fcrbis innen salzen, mit der Hackfleischmasse f\u00fcllen.\r\n\r\nK\u00fcrbis auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech stellen und im 200 Grad heissen Ofen ca. 60 Minuten backen.
