Bouillon aufkochen, Kartoffeln-, Gem\u00fcsew\u00fcrfel und Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter zuf\u00fcgen, zugedeckt etwa 15 Minuten weich garen.\r\n\r\nEmmentaler AOP fein reiben. Schnittlauch fein schneiden. Maisst\u00e4rke mit Rahm anr\u00fchren, zum Gem\u00fcse geben und 1-2 Minute k\u00f6cheln. Sauce in ein hohes Gef\u00e4ss giessen. Emmentaler AOP und Schnittlauch zuf\u00fcgen und mit dem Stabmixer p\u00fcrieren.\r\n\r\nSauce zur\u00fcck in die Pfanne giessen.
