Beidseitig mit wenig \u00d6l bepinseln und mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Nebeneinander auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech legen und in der Mitte des 220 Grad (Ober-\/Unterhitze) heissen Ofen ca. 12 Minuten backen. Blech aus dem Ofen nehmen und Temperatur auf 180 Grad reduzieren.\r\n\r\nEmmentaler AOP an einer groben Raffel reiben. Tomaten in 5-7 mm dicke Scheiben schneiden, w\u00fcrzen. Oreganobl\u00e4ttchen von den Stielen zupfen. Pl\u00e4tzli halbieren, mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und mit wenig Mehl best\u00e4uben. \u00d6l in einer Bratpfanne erhitzen. Pl\u00e4tzli darin von jeder Seite \u00bd Minute anbraten.\r\n\r\nPl\u00e4tzli, Aubergine, Tomaten, Oregano und K\u00e4se abwechselnd zu 12 T\u00fcrmchen aufeinanderschichten.
