Hefe fein zerbr\u00f6ckeln, mit dem Wasser in die Sch\u00fcssel geben und alles w\u00e4hrend 5-10 Minuten zu einem geschmeidigen Teig verkneten. Teig zugedeckt an einem warmen Ort auf das doppelte Volumen aufgehen lassen.\r\n\r\nF\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung Zucchetti und Peperoni in ca. 5 mm kleine W\u00fcrfeli schneiden. Knoblauch und Kr\u00e4uter fein hacken. 2 Essl\u00f6ffel K\u00e4se beiseitelegen. Restlichen K\u00e4se mit Zucchetti, Peperoni, Kr\u00e4uter, Knoblauch und Kapern vermischen, mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.\r\n\r\nTeig zu einem Rechteck von ca. 20 x 35 cm ausrollen. Tomatenp\u00fcree auf dem Teig ausstreichen. F\u00fcllung darauf verteilen, etwas andr\u00fccken. Teig von einer L\u00e4ngsseite her satt einrollen, in ca. 3 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden. Auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech legen, mit restlichem K\u00e4se bestreuen und im 220 Grad heissen Ofen ca. 20 Minuten backen.
