B. Arrabiata\r\nBasilikum","recipe_preparation":"Zucchini raffeln und in grosse Sch\u00fcssel abf\u00fcllen, 10 - 15 Minuten ruhen lassen. Anschliessend Wasser abgiessen. Portionsweise Zucchinimasse durch K\u00fcchentuch trocken winden. Zucchini, Ei und Emmentaler AOP vermischen. Mehl, Pfeffer, Salz und Knoblauch dazugeben und verr\u00fchren, bis eine kompakte Masse entsteht. Masse auf mit Backpapier belegtem Blech ca. 1 cm dick ausstreichen. 15 - 20 Minuten bei 210 Grad backen, bis die Kanten goldbraun sind. Wenden und nochmals 10 Minuten backen. Zuletzt nochmals wenden.\r\n\r\nGetrocknete Tomaten auf K\u00fcchenpapier abtropfen. Parmaschinken in St\u00fccke zupfen. Zucchiniboden mit Tomatensauce bestreichen, Emmentaler AOP darauf verteilen, mit Parmaschinken und getrockneten Tomaten belegen.
