Tomatenp\u00fcree kurz mitd\u00fcnsten, Orangensaft und Tomaten beigeben, 30 Minuten k\u00f6cheln, mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.\r\n\r\nPinienkerne in einer Pfanne r\u00f6sten, bis sie leicht Farbe angenommen haben. Emmentaler AOP an einer groben Raffel reiben. K\u00e4se, Orangenschale, Pinienkerne, Hackfleisch, Ei und Paniermehl in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben. Mit Rosmarin, Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen, gut vermischen. Baumnussgrosse B\u00e4llchen formen, diese im \u00d6l bei mittlerer Hitze etwa 5 Minuten rundum anbraten.
