Spinat zuf\u00fcgen, d\u00fcnsten bis er zusammenf\u00e4llt. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Muskatnuss w\u00fcrzen. Spinat in ein Sieb geben und leicht ausdr\u00fccken.\r\n\r\n100 g Emmentaler AOP in ca. 7 mm kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden, restlichen K\u00e4se fein reiben. Kartoffeln halbieren, mit einem L\u00f6ffel etwas aush\u00f6hlen. Ausgeh\u00f6hltes mit einer Gabel zerdr\u00fccken, mit K\u00e4se, 200 g Sauerrahm und Spinat mischen, w\u00fcrzen.\r\n\r\nKartoffeln mit der Mischung f\u00fcllen in eine ofenfeste Form oder auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech setzen.
