Pinienkerne in einer Bratpfanne ohne Fett r\u00f6sten. Aprikosen klein w\u00fcrfeln. Emmentaler AOP fein reiben.\r\n\r\nMagerquark mit Sherry, Aprikosen, Pinienkernen und geriebenem K\u00e4se vermengen.\r\n\r\nRahm mit abgetropfter Gelatine in eine kleine Pfanne geben. Unter R\u00fchren leicht erw\u00e4rmen, bis sich die Gelatine aufl\u00f6st. Z\u00fcgig unter die K\u00e4se-Quarkmischung r\u00fchren. Masse kr\u00e4ftig w\u00fcrzen.\r\n\r\nTerrinenboden mit 1\/3 der K\u00e4sescheiben auslegen. Die H\u00e4lfte der K\u00e4semasse darauf streichen, mit K\u00e4sescheiben belegen. Restliche Masse einf\u00fcllen und mit \u00fcbrigen K\u00e4sescheiben belegen. Terrine mindestens 3 Stunden k\u00fchl stellen.\r\n\r\nAprikosen in Streifen schneiden, mit 1 dl Wasser aufkochen, ca. 30 Minuten quellen lassen. Senf und Honig zuf\u00fcgen und nicht zu fein p\u00fcrieren.
