Anderntags die H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchte mit frischem Wasser bedeckt w\u00e4hrend ca. 60 Minuten weichkochen, abtropfen lassen.\r\n\r\nRosmarinnadeln von den St\u00e4ngeln streifen und fein hacken. Knoblauch fein hacken. 2 Essl\u00f6ffel \u00d6l erhitzen. Rosmarin und Knoblauch darin and\u00fcnsten. Kichererbsen, Tomaten, Tomatenp\u00fcree und Bouillon zuf\u00fcgen. 30 Minuten k\u00f6cheln. Einen Teil der Suppe mit dem Stabmixer p\u00fcrieren, evtl. mit etwas Wasser verd\u00fcnnen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.\r\n\r\nEmmentaler AOP in ca. 1 cm grosse W\u00fcrfeli schneiden. Brotscheiben in etwas gr\u00f6ssere W\u00fcrfel schneiden.
