Bohnen 10 Minuten in der Bouillon k\u00f6cheln, Kartoffelw\u00fcrfel zuf\u00fcgen und alles in ca. 15 Minuten weich garen. 1 dl Bouillon f\u00fcr die Sauce zur\u00fcckbehalten, Rest weggiessen.\r\n\r\nThymianbl\u00e4ttchen von den Stielen streifen. Petersilie grob hacken. Kr\u00e4uter, Knoblauch, Sonnenblumenkerne, Essig und Bouillon in ein hohes Gef\u00e4ss geben und mit dem Stabmixer fein p\u00fcrieren. \u00d6l darunter r\u00fchren, mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.\r\n\r\nEmmentaler AOP in W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Alle Zutaten mit dem Pesto vermischen.
