Fenchel, Kartoffeln und Safranpulver zuf\u00fcgen mit Bouillon auff\u00fcllen. Etwa 20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln.\r\n\r\nCrevetten zur Suppe geben und warm werden lassen. Muscheln mit 2-3 Essl\u00f6ffeln Wasser in einer separaten Pfanne zugedeckt garen, bis sich die Schalen \u00f6ffnen.
