Fenchel l\u00e4ngs halbieren und in d\u00fcnne Streifen schneiden. Zwiebel ebenfalls in d\u00fcnne Streifen schneiden. Knoblauch in Scheibchen schneiden. Alles im heissen \u00d6l etwa 10 Minuten braten. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.\r\n\r\nNudeln in Salzwasser al dente kochen.
