K\u00e4se fein reiben. Die H\u00e4lfte der Schalotten in 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Butter and\u00fcnsten. Orecchiette zuf\u00fcgen. Nach und nach Bouillon dazugiessen. Gelegentlich umr\u00fchren. Nach 15 Minuten Kochzeit Spargeln beigeben und weitere 10-15 Minuten garen.\r\n\r\nRestliche Schalotten und Morcheln in 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Butter and\u00fcnsten. Sherry zugiessen und einkochen lassen. Rahm beigeben und ein paar Minuten k\u00f6cheln, mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Morcheln und K\u00e4se unter die fertig gegarten Orecchiette r\u00fchren.
