Pekann\u00fcsse grob hacken.\r\n\r\nTeigwaren in eine grosse Pfanne mit kochendem Salzwasser geben. 7 Minuten bevor die Teigwaren gar sind, Kartoffeln und Federkohl zuf\u00fcgen und fertig kochen.\r\n\r\nIn der Zwischenzeit, Pekann\u00fcsse in einer Bratpfanne ohne Fett r\u00f6sten, aus der Pfanne nehmen. \u00d6l leicht erhitzen. Knoblauch und Chili darin and\u00fcnsten, mit abgetropften Teigwaren, Kartoffeln und Federkohl mischen und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Pekann\u00fcsse und einen Teil des K\u00e4ses unterheben. Restlichen K\u00e4se dazu servieren.\r\n\r\nTipp: Wirz anstelle von Federkohl verwenden.
