B\u00fcrli","recipe_preparation":"Bei so viel Gem\u00fcse lohnt es sich, elektrisch zu raffeln. Randen, Zwiebel und Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und fein raffeln. Den Emmentaler AOP K\u00e4se fein reiben. Gem\u00fcse mit Flocken, Eiern, \u00d6l und Petersilie mischen. Den Emmentaler AOP beif\u00fcgen und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Zugedeckt f\u00fcr 30 Minuten beiseitestellen, damit die Flocken quellen und die gesamte Fl\u00fcssigkeit aufsaugen k\u00f6nnen.\r\n\r\nMit den H\u00e4nden die Burger formen, passend zur Gr\u00f6sse der Br\u00f6tchen. Falls die Masse auseinanderf\u00e4llt, mehr Flocken beif\u00fcgen.\r\n\r\nErst die Br\u00f6tchen waagrecht halbieren und auf der Grillpfanne oder im heissen Backofen toasten und warmhalten. Die Burger in einer beschichteten Bratpfanne in heisser Bratbutter unter Wenden golden braten. Die Burger mit Sauce, Lattich, Zwiebeln, Emmentaler-AOP-Scheiben, \u00c4pfeln und Sprossen auf die Br\u00f6tchen schichten.
