Hefe in etwas Milch aufl\u00f6sen, mit restlicher Milch, Emmentaler AOP, Butter und Ei zum Mehl geben. Alles zu einem geschmeidigen Teig kneten. Teig mit einem feuchten Tuch zudecken, an einem warmen Ort ca. 1 Stunde aufs Doppelte aufgehen lassen.\r\n\r\nAlle Zutaten f\u00fcr den Guss verr\u00fchren. Davon die H\u00e4lfte in eine Gratinform (ca.20x30 cm) giessen. Vom Teig 8 Kugeln formen, in den Guss setzen. 20 Minuten gehen lassen.\r\n\r\nIn der unteren H\u00e4lfte des 200 Grad heissen Ofen 20 Minuten backen. Einzelne Kugeln mit einer Kelle leicht voneinander l\u00f6sen, restlichen Guss dar\u00fcbergiessen. In der oberen Ofenh\u00e4lfte weitere 5-10 Minuten backen.\r\n\r\nZwiebel und Knoblauch fein hacken, im \u00d6l and\u00fcnsten. Tomatenp\u00fcree und Tomaten zuf\u00fcgen, ca. 20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln.
