Zwiebel und R\u00fcebli fein hacken. \u00d6l in einer grossen Pfanne erhitzen. Zwiebel und R\u00fcebli darin gut and\u00fcnsten. Tomaten dazugeben, aufkochen und ca. 30 Minuten k\u00f6cheln. 2-3 Basilikumbl\u00e4tter fein schneiden, zur Sauce geben und p\u00fcrieren. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.\r\n\r\nIn der Zwischenzeit Gnocchi zubereiten. Emmentaler AOP fein reiben. K\u00e4se, Ricotta, Salz, Pfeffer, eine Prise Muskatnuss und 180 g Mehl in eine grosse Sch\u00fcssel geben und gut verr\u00fchren. Falls der Teig noch klebrig ist, Mehl zuf\u00fcgen, bis er gerade nicht mehr klebt.\r\n\r\nSalzwasser f\u00fcr die Gnocchi aufsetzen. Den Teig auf der leicht bemehlten Arbeitsfl\u00e4che zu fingerdicken Stangen rollen. Diese in 1-2 cm lange St\u00fccke schneiden. Gnocchi portionenweise in das siedende Wasser geben und ziehen lassen, bis sie an die Oberfl\u00e4che steigen.
