In der unteren H\u00e4lfte des 220 Grad heissen Ofens 20 Minuten backen.\r\n\r\nUnterdessen Zwiebeln in d\u00fcnne Ringe schneiden. Knoblauch fein hacken. Beides im \u00d6l and\u00fcnsten. Tomaten zuf\u00fcgen und 15 Minuten dicklich einkochen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.\r\n\r\nEmmentaler auf der R\u00f6stiraffel reiben. Schinken in Streifen schneiden. Tomatensauce auf dem Kartoffelboden verstreichen. Schinken, Oliven und K\u00e4se darauf verteilen. Weitere 10 Minuten backen.
