Einige Petersilienbl\u00e4tter f\u00fcr die Garnitur beiseitelegen, \u00fcbrige Petersilie und Basilikum fein hacken. Kr\u00e4uter zu den Zucchetti geben und alles p\u00fcrieren, falls n\u00f6tig mit etwas Wasser verd\u00fcnnen. Geriebener Emmentaler AOP zuf\u00fcgen, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.\r\n\r\nSafrannudeln nach Packungsangabe kochen. Tomaten im restlichen \u00d6l kurz erw\u00e4rmen.
