Basilikumbl\u00e4tter etwas zerkleinern. K\u00e4se und Basilikum mit Rahm fein p\u00fcrieren. Eigelb darunter mischen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.\r\n\r\nGuss \u00fcber die Spargeln giessen.
