Zucchetti, R\u00fcebli und Emmentaler AOP auf der R\u00f6stiraffel reiben. Oregano und Knoblauch fein hacken. Alles zusammen vermischen, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.\r\n\r\nPittabrote mit etwas Wasser benetzen. Dem Rand entlang ca. 1 cm tief sorgf\u00e4ltig einschneiden und die H\u00e4lften voneinander trennen. 6 Pittabroth\u00e4lften mit Pesto rosso bestreichen. K\u00e4se-Zucchettimischung darauf verteilen und auf ein Backblech legen. Im 220 Grad heissen Ofen 5 Minuten backen. Pittadeckel darauf legen und gut andr\u00fccken. Weitere 2-3 Minuten im Ofen backen.
