Zucchetti mit einem Spiralschneider in lange \u00abSpaghetti\u00bb schneiden oder mit einem Messer l\u00e4ngs in feine Streifen schneiden. Tomaten halbieren.\r\n\r\nSpaghetti in Salzwasser al dente kochen. In der Zwischenzeit \u00d6l in einer grossen Bratpfanne erhitzen. Zucchetti zuf\u00fcgen und etwa 2 Minuten d\u00fcnsten. Tomaten kurz mitd\u00fcnsten. Spaghetti abgiessen, dabei ca. 1 dl Kochwasser auffangen. Spaghetti und Kochwasser zu den Zucchetti geben und sorgf\u00e4ltig mischen.
