Gut and\u00fcnsten, mit Rahm und 1 dl Bouillon abl\u00f6schen, etwa 5 Minuten k\u00f6cheln.\r\n\r\nEmmentaler AOP fein reiben. Kartoffeln gut abtropfen und mit einer Gabel zerdr\u00fccken. Kartoffeln und \u00be des K\u00e4ses unter die Zwiebelmischung r\u00fchren. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Muskatnuss abschmecken.\r\n\r\nF\u00fcllung in die Zwiebelh\u00fcllen f\u00fcllen, in eine Gratinform stellen und Bouillon dazu giessen. Mit Alufolie bedecken und in der Mitte des 200 Grad heissen Ofen 20 Minuten backen.
