Eier einzeln in einer Tasse aufschlagen und vorsichtig in die Br\u00f6tchen gleiten lassen. Mit dem restlichen Emmentaler AOP bestreuen.\r\n\r\nF\u00fcr 15-18 Minuten in den 180 Grad heissen Ofen stellen, bis die Eier gestockt sind und die Oberfl\u00e4che goldgelb \u00fcberbacken ist.
