Fruchtfleisch mit einem L\u00f6ffel aus der Schale l\u00f6sen und in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben. Zitronensaft, Saurer Halbrahm, Salz und Pfeffer zuf\u00fcgen, alles mit einer Gabel zerdr\u00fccken und gut vermischen.\r\n\r\nEmmentaler AOP an einer R\u00f6stiraffel reiben. Tortilla Chips auf einer ofenfesten Platte oder auf einem mit Backpapier belegten Backblech verteilen. Peperoni halbieren, Kerne entfernen. Peperoni in Streifen schneiden. Tomaten w\u00fcrfeln.\r\n\r\nPeperoni, Tomaten und Oliven auf den Tortilla Chips verteilen. Emmentaler AOP dar\u00fcber streuen.\r\n\r\nIn der Mitte des 220 Grad heissen Ofens ca. 10 Minuten \u00fcberbacken.
