Quinoa ausquellen und abk\u00fchlen lassen.\r\n\r\nF\u00fcr die Sauce Raps\u00f6l, Apfelessig, Zitronensaft, Senf und Joghurt verr\u00fchren, mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Emmentaler AOP in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Stangensellerie mit dem Gr\u00fcn in d\u00fcnne Scheibchen schneiden. Rosa Pfefferk\u00f6rner leicht zerdr\u00fccken. Alles in die Sauce geben und gut mischen.
