Bouillon aufkochen und \u00fcber den Couscous giessen. Zugedeckt 10 Minuten quellen lassen. Couscous mit einer Gabel auflockern und etwas ausk\u00fchlen lassen.\r\n\r\nW\u00e4hrend der Couscous quellt, Petersilie grob hacken, mit den restlichen Saucezutaten zusammen p\u00fcrieren und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.\r\n\r\nF\u00fcr den Salat Essig, \u00d6l, Salz und Pfeffer zusammen verr\u00fchren. Radieschen-Bl\u00e4tter in Streifen schneiden. Radieschen vierteln. Beides mit der Sauce vermischen.\r\n\r\nEier verquirlen, mit dem K\u00e4se zum Couscous geben, gut vermischen. Falls n\u00f6tig mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Aus der Masse 12 T\u00e4tschli formen.\r\n\r\nEtwas Bratbutter in einer beschichteten Pfanne erhitzen. T\u00e4tschli portionenweise auf jeder Seite 3 Minuten goldgelb braten.
