Bei mittlerer Hitze unter gelegentlichem R\u00fchren ca. 10 Minuten braten.\r\n\r\nZitronenschale fein abreiben. 2 Essl\u00f6ffel Zitronensaft auspressen. Zitronenschale und Saft mit Baumnuss\u00f6l, Raps\u00f6l, Condimento bianco, Salz und Pfeffer zu einer Sauce verr\u00fchren.\r\n\r\nDie noch warmen Spargeln mit der Sauce vermischen. Baumn\u00fcsse grob hacken, in der Bratpfanne leicht anr\u00f6sten.
