Holzige Spargelenden wegschneiden, Spargeln in 3-4 cm lange St\u00fccke schneiden. Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln in Ringe schneiden. Beides im heissen \u00d6l anbraten. Bouillon dazugiessen, zugedeckt 5-7 Minuten knackig garen. Fl\u00fcssigkeit abgiessen und diese mit Emmentaler AOC, Basilikumpesto und Quark gut vermischen, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Abgetropfte Fusilli, Spargeln und Guss zusammen vermischen und in eine Gratinform geben. Pinienkerne dar\u00fcber streuen.
