Wirzbl\u00e4tter mit je einer Tomate belegen. Darauf die K\u00e4sescheiben verteilen. Wirzbl\u00e4tter seitlich einschlagen und satt aufrollen. P\u00e4ckli etwas flach pressen.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eier verquirlen. Wirzp\u00e4ckli zuerst im Mehl, danach im Ei und am Schluss im Paniermehl wenden. Panade gut andr\u00fccken.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d6l in einer grossen Bratpfanne erhitzen. Wirzp\u00e4ckli bei mittlerer Hitze beidseitig je 5 Minuten braten.
