Baumn\u00fcsse grob hacken. Terrineform mit Klarsichtfolie auslegen. Form mit den Bresaolascheiben leicht \u00fcberlappend belegen.\r\n\r\nQimiQ mit einem Schwingbesen cremig r\u00fchren. Sultaninen, Portwein, Baumn\u00fcsse und Emmentaler AOP mit dem QimiQ vermischen. Rahm steif schlagen, sorgf\u00e4ltig unter die Masse heben, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.\r\n\r\nK\u00e4semasse in einen Spritzsackes geben. Masse in die Terrineform spritzen, gut festdr\u00fccken. \u00dcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank fest werden lassen.\r\n\r\nTerrine auf ein Brett st\u00fcrzen, Folie entfernen. Terrine in Tranchen schneiden.
