Zwiebel fein hacken, mit Pilzen in warmer Butter and\u00fcnsten. Bouillon und Milch dazugiessen, aufkochen, Maisgriess unter R\u00fchren zuf\u00fcgen. 45 Minuten k\u00f6cheln, gelegentlich r\u00fchren. Emmentaler AOP unter die Polenta mischen, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schalotte fein hacken. Schweinsfilet mit Salz, Pfeffer und Thymian w\u00fcrzen, im heissen \u00d6l anbraten. Auf ein Kuchengitter legen und im 150 Grad vorgeheizten Ofen ca. 15 Minuten braten. Schalotte mit Zucker und Mehl mischen, in die leicht ausgek\u00fchlte Pfanne geben, bei mittlerer Hitze and\u00fcnsten.
