Pl\u00e4tzli w\u00fcrzen, innen mit Senf bestreichen. F\u00fcllung auf die Pl\u00e4tzli verteilen, zuklappen und R\u00e4nder gut zusammendr\u00fccken. Fleisch zuerst im Mehl, dann im Ei und anschliessend im Paniermehl wenden.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K\u00fcrbis in W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Tomatenp\u00fcree, Orangensaft, Bouillon und Essig aufkochen. K\u00fcrbis zuf\u00fcgen und weich garen. Falls die Sauce zu d\u00fcnnfl\u00fcssig ist, noch etwas einkochen und abschmecken. Basilikum beif\u00fcgen.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pl\u00e4tzchen in heisser Bratbutter beidseitig je ca. 3 Minuten braten, mit dem K\u00fcrbisragout servieren.
